Four tracks made up the format for the afternoon sessions: Mission Critical Computing, Reaching Customers Over the internet, Utilizing the Internet to Streamline your Business and Enterprise Applications. Track 1: Mission Critical Computing - The Intersection of IT and
Business It requires insight and skill to know how to manage technology and also visualize its
strategic potential. One approach is to look at ways technology has created or changed
business capabilities. This track examines how technology demonstrates its power by
enabling new business capabilities, allowing us to change businesses and transform

ever-crowded Internet marketplace. It will explore the demographic structure of the
Internet and will suggest ways of broadening the depth of your market saturation based on

Speakers in this track analyze how the Internet is being employed to redefine internal
business processes. Sessions demonstrate new developments of Internet applications and
