Your hospitality area is located within Das Kurhaus.
Should you want to make any deliveries for your
area, please forward them to the above address and mark them as follows:

Please note that all materials must be received
by 10th February so that our contractor can display them
in time for opening on 11th February. We cannot guarantee
timely display of materials if received after 20.00hrs on 10th
February.
Setup Guidelines
Your hospitality area dimensions are approximately
as follows:
Gold: 10sqm.
As outlined previously, the hospitality area does
not have the feel of a traditional "exhibition" booth and so does
not require any technical input from you for setting up.
Items provided are explained in more detail below
but should you have any special requests, please do not hesitate to
contact us via the fax back form attached.
Personnel
The allocation of complimentary delegate passes
you have been offered in your sponsor manual should include sponsor
staff assigned to your hospitality area. They should register as early
as possible to obtain their badge and conference material. All sponsor
staff are requested to wear their badges at all times during the conference,
as access to sessions, breaks etc will be by badgeholder only. Registration
opening times are as follows:

Furniture & Signage
Your hospitality area will include the following:
- Furniture - There will be lounge furniture,
coffee tables, potted foliage and one literature display rack.
- Signage & Graphics Display Points - there
will be two signage points for you to utilise to display company
materials. The approximate sizes are A0 (841mm wide x 1189mm
long). Velcro will be used to attach the materials to the signage
points.
- A telephone line or an ISDN line may
be ordered via the attached form but please be advised that this
will be at your own cost.
- Your company logo will also appear on a name
board and will be clearly visible.
Please note that no PC counters will be provided
and therefore we urge you to utilise your area for networking and
hospitality only. We would strongly discourage extensive distribution
of literature, product demonstrations and promotions.
Electrical Information
There will be a power socket in your area but should
you need to plug in additional laptops, we would recommend that you
also bring an extension cable. The voltage in Germany is 220 volts
(50 Hz).
Hours of Opening
Delegates will take all coffee breaks and lunch
in the hospitality area. The times of these are currently as follows.
We recommend you consult the MCC website regularly for slight time
changes. As a courtesy to your customers, please be sure that your
hospitality area has adequate staff during these times.

Catering
Catering areas will be located at various points
throughout the hospitality area for coffee breaks and lunch. Therefore
it is not necessary, or permitted to bring additional food or beverages
into your area. Should you have any specific requests however, please
use the attached request form. All requests will be billed directly
to you.
Removal Guidelines
The hospitality area will be dismantled after 17.00hrs
on Friday 12th February. All sponsor materials you wish
to retain should be taken down between 16.30hrs and 17.00hrs.
Floorplan
A floorplan outlining your location within the
hospitality area is being finalised and will be forwarded to you shortly.
Security
Sponsors are warned not to leave their hospitality
area unattended at any time when the room is open. This applies for
removal times also. In the event of loss or damage, the Organisers
must be informed immediately.

Rules and Regulations
Hospitality Area Construction and Services
Hemisphere Information Services will appoint
official contractors for all construction, electrical work and all
furniture supplies in the hospitality areas. No other contractors
will be permitted to undertake any of this work.
Obstruction of Gangways and Open Spaces
All emergency exits and access to service
areas are to be kept clear at all times. They must not be restricted
or rendered unrecognizable. Public gangways shall remain the means
of escape even during build up and removal periods.
Electrical Requirements
Full lighting and power services will
be made available in the hospitality areas. Electrical devices which
interfere with radio or television systems must be switched off immediately
if requested by Hemisphere Information Services. All electrical goods
used by sponsors should comply with EEC electrical regulations.
Fire Precautions
In accordance with the requirements of
the appropriate authority, all material used in display materials
etc must be effectively fire-proofed or made of non-flammable materials
in accordance with the standards of every appropriate authority.
Damage to the Premises
No nails, screws or other fixtures may
be driven into any part of the Premises including floors. Nor may
any part of the Premises be damaged or disfigured in any way. Should
any such damage occur, the Sponsor shall be invoiced for any reparation
charges incurred.
Cleaning
Hemisphere Information Services will arrange
for the cleaning of areas around the hospitality area as and when
necessary.
Liability
While Hemisphere Information Services
will endeavor to protect Sponsor materials, posters etc whilst on
display in the hospitality area, it must be clearly understood that
then management of the Premises and Hemisphere Information Services
cannot accept liability for any loss or damage sustained or occasioned
from any cause whatsoever.
Sponsors will be responsible for all damage
to property and for any loss or injury caused by them or their agents
or employees and will indemnify Hemisphere Information Services against
all claims and expenses arising therefrom.
Sponsors are only permitted to attach
posters and graphics to the designated display points. Hemisphere
Information Services reserve the right remove any materials not displayed
on these points and charge sponsors for any damage caused to fixtures
and fittings.
Dangerous Materials and Exhibits
No explosive or dangerous combustible
materials may be brought into the hospitality area. Hemisphere Information
Services reserve the right to remove any such materials deemed dangerous
or combustible.
Insurance
Sponsors are reminded of the need to consult
their Insurance Company or Insurance Brokers to cover themselves fully
against all risks likely for the hospitality area.
Abandonment Insurance: Hemisphere Information
Services are not obliged to return any monies paid for space in the
event of cancellation or restriction of the hospitality area.
Stand, Fixtures or Similar Insurance:
All risks on loss or damage to Sponsors property fixtures, fittings,
and all property of a similar nature such as personal effects of employees
whilst on the Premises.
Public Liability: Liability to the public
may arise out of the Sponsors activities and should be covered
by insurance.
Insurance should be effected with minimum
delay.

The cost of the line and all call charges will
